Update shop info
Nuanom allows you to edit your shop’s information. This includes your shop’s logo, about information, social media links and contact information.
Your brand’s logo is displayed at the top of your apps & website, as well as the footer of your website.
Upload a square version of your brand’s logo. The logo should preferably not have any text.
In the Nuanom app, go to Business > Settings > Edit info > Square Logo.
About shop
Section titled “About shop”Your shop’s about information is displayed on your apps’ and website’s about page, as well as the footer of your website.
In the Nuanom app, go to Business > Settings > Edit info > About.
Delivery Policy
Section titled “Delivery Policy”Your shop’s delivery policy goes here. Example: “Same day delivery if you order before 2pm. Next day delivery after 2pm. We do not deliver on Sundays. Deliveries can take up to 3 working days during busy periods.”
In the Nuanom app, go to Business > Settings > Edit info > Delivery Policy.
Return Policy
Section titled “Return Policy”Your shop’s return policy goes here. Example: “30 days warranty. Kindly take a video when unboxing and send to us.”
In the Nuanom app, go to Business > Settings > Edit info > Return Policy.
Social & contact information
Section titled “Social & contact information”Your social information is displayed on your storefront’s contact page, as well as the footer of your website.
You can set social media links for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, as well as your phone number.
In the Nuanom app, go to Business > Settings > Contact info.
