Introduction to Nuanom

Nuanom is a powerful, but simple e-commerce platform for ambitious shops in Ghana.

Nuanom allows you to create an online store and start selling your products in minutes. We provide a white label web storefront, white label mobile app storefronts, and a merchant app to manage your shop. Nuanom also provides a POS app for taking orders in person, as well as an app for your delivery riders.

Software

Nuanom is comprised of the following:

  • White Label Web Storefront: This is your shop’s website that allows your customers to search or browse products, and place orders. Your shop website is available at <shopslug>.nuanom.shop. We also support custom domains. Websites are only available for PRO and PRO+ customers.
  • White Label Mobile App Storefronts: This is your own mobile app in the app stores that allows your customers to search or browse products, and place orders. Customers get notified when you upload new products. Your shop’s mobile apps are available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We handle the publishing and maintenance of the apps for you. The apps are branded with your shop’s name, logo and colors. They also have your shop’s information and social media links. Mobile apps are only available for PRO+ customers.
  • Nuanom App: This is the app merchants use to manage their products, orders, and finances. It is available on Android and iOS.
  • POS App: This is the app sales persons in your shop use to take orders in person. It is available on Android and iOS.
  • Carrier App: This is the app your delivery guys use to manage deliveries. It is available on Android and iOS.
